These are my pictures of starting my bulk. I'm 5 6', 186 at the moment. Aiming for 195 but maybe thinking that would be too much. I've been putting the weight on somewhat slowly, eating clean. Just wondering what your opinions are..

I always think bulking is a good idea.... every time I start to cut, I realize how small I'm going to be to be reasonably lean, then usually start another bulker so I can eventually be fairly lean at a pretty heavy weight

Um, well I take in about 3500 to 4000 calories a day in 6 to 7 meals. Nutrients, I take around 300 grams of protein along with about 350 to 400 carbs. Minimal fat, I aim for about 20g's a meal except for post workout meal.

You want more mass so keep bulking up.What you should work on is thickness but this take time so hang in there.

agre you got good start, keep goin with basic compound movements ,lean up once in awhile to see where your at,always do some cardio ,itll help your appetite and training capacity.

hey man i dunno why you would want to bulk for the summer... i mean unless youre planning to keep your shirt on for most of it...

if i was you, id start a keto diet and get really leaned down throughout the summer, once september hits, start eating like nobodys business

this way you can decide if you want a "clean" bulk or a "dirty" bulk after you see what you weigh at with <12&#37; bf...not to be a dick or anything but your bf% looks just about right for a "bulk" right now, i wouldn't go any higher unless it was winter time...

the way i justify loosing weight is because i'll look even bigger with less bf% even if i dont weight over 220lbs
