Quebec Inc VS Canada Inc

Anyone know the difference between starting up a company using a Quebec Inc number VS a Canada Inc number? I can't find any info online.

Got my answer.

A provincial corporation is only able to open physical offices and bank accounts in its native province, but a federal corporation has its name pre-approved so that, after a provincial fee (in most cases), it can open physical offices and bank accounts in other provinces.
