Any critiques/pointers are welcome. I plan to use this to shed several more lbs and then just maintain on it. Meals are standard 2.5hrs apart

Meal 1: 2 eggs, 25g whey, 2/3 cups oats

Meal 2: 40g whey, 1 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 3: chicken/beef/porkshops/salmon in rice/lentils (i rinse the beef well before I mix it with rice)

meal 4: can of tuna, ~1/6 cup almonds

meal 5: same or similar to meal 3

workout

PWO: 50g whey, 40-50g of fruit (usually apple + something else)

meal 6: 40g whey, ~1/6 cup almonds

total is around 2700 cals, 75g fat, 300g protein, 190g carbs

minus meal 3 and 5 you're at 191 grams of protein so unless each of those meals contain at least 50 grams each you won't be near your 300 gram mark.

Why not just stick to Palumbo if still looking to shed or maintain? You can add small amounts of carbs to the palumbo meals to increase cals thus transitioning into a maintenance mode.

Just a suggestion.

Hmm it's around 210g actually. Did you count the protein from the nuts, oats and eggs? And the 2 meals have 40-50g of protein depending on which tupperware I pick up from the freezer lol.

Anyway a keto diet is out of the question since I'm seeing someone now so it's incredibly impractical. Also, I was at 2400cals with it so I'm not sure how I would incorporate the carbs into it without inflating the cals.

Even now at 2700cals I feel its too much but we'll see. I'm doing cardio and am on ECA for now.
