can anyone that has experienced running longer cycles vouch for this protocol;

HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - in combination with Nolvadex can and should be used during prolonged (12+/wks) and high dosage (1,000+mgs/wk) cycles. In this case, 500-1,000 IUs HCG ED in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for 7-10 days consecutively is administered mid cycle or intermittently (every 6-8 weeks) during the cycle.

I have seen HCG used that way during a long cycle. However, I prefer to use it the entire cycle at a lower dose..more like 250iu 2x/week.

Nolva will protect you from the surge in estrogen with the use of HCG, but the HCG will block the hypothalamus & pituitary from doing their thing to kick in one's own testosterone production at the end of a cycle. That means for final PCT, you need to have several weeks of Nolva without using HCG.

500iu twice weekly works well for extended cycles. Nolvadex concurrently is unnecessary as you are not recovering you are just keeping the testes sensitive to LH. Post cycle you will still need HCG, Clomid, and an AI.
