Giv'er 420, I'm going to try to get up to that show even if it is in Edmonchuk :D Also would like to catch the show in Dead Rear too.

I won the Overall and Heavyweight class at this show last year (Northerns). It is always an awesome show with great competitors. Usually over 100 athletes, a packed house, and great prizes. Good luck 420 and IronWill in your prep. I will be at both of these shows watching. I am currently dieting for provincials... you guys going to do them as well?(assuming u qualify.)

I also will be competing in the northerns this year, but as a master only. Using it as a prep for the Provincials heavyweight tiltle. Would be nice to take the overall this time around. KINGKONG and I have the same trainer....

No idea how i will do in the southerns....I would wait for a yr before trying again, i have a few parts that need to be brought up now that i can see everything...so i would spend time bringing them all together and take a run the following yr...

How is prep going for ya 420??
