ya i got this aswell running test e, start running your anti estrogen... for me nolva works the best, adex didnt do much for me..

i was in the same boat, this was my first real cycle, i wasnt sure myself, i started to get pain, then a mass under my right nip, then it started on my left. The reason i wasnt too worried is that i couldnt tell from looking at it... So i jumped on nolva and ran it 60mgs for a couple weeks, then dropped it to 40mg, now im just taking 20mg and the lumps have gone, no pain, and im still running my test the same dose i was when the masses formed.

Why wait for problems to show up and then deal with them?

I prefer to take preventative measures...a low dose of AI throughout will prevent any estro related issues.

take some nolva, either 10mg or 20mg/day. the gyno should all go away.

ya that would be the easiest way. you can problaby get away with 10 mg/day but i dont know how you do that with the cap.

Thanks guys. Looks like I will start in on the Nolva, just to be safe. Nothing is visible yet, so I should be able to get things under control.

The Nolva I have is 40mg caps, so it's a little hard to split that properly. Any dosing suggestions? From what I've read, most jump on Nolva at 20mg a day. Since my caps are 40mg and Nolva has a long half-life, I was thinking 40mg EOD from now on.

Ya if they are 40mg that would be fine, and imo using a serm wont take away from any noticable gains, im cutting and have been taking 20 mg a day and my strength is still slowly increasing and size is maintaining.. I was taking nolva during my mass gain stage and the weight and strength was still was crazy

Is it possible to go on the Nolvadex for a while (until symptoms disappear) and then go off again? Or should I just stay on the Nolvadex for the remainder of my cycle?

Damn..I really wanted to be one of the lucky ones that have no estrogen sides..

It really comes down to you if you should stay on nolva or not, for me i have stayed on a small amount just to be on the safe side... and plus i hated the dull pain in my nips, when id wrestle my girl or someone would hit me in the chest :mad: now there is no pain or mass whatsoever

Yep, I get them.. got them from Adex as well... it's just from hormones fluctuating.

I've never had gyno or any sides from anything. This cycle that's now evolved into 750 mg of test, plus daily Androgel (I have it anyway), HCG 2 times a week, EQ and I even ran Anadrol the first 3 weeks and started it again for the latter part of the cycle.

Nada. No gyno suggestion at all. No hair receding...how is that some are immune to this?

Oh and in case anyone is wondering, yes the gear is real. I'm getting results. You really can't fake that "pump" when it appears from the injects after a few weeks. Besides I"m now 12lbs and counting and for me that's exceptionally good being a skinny f*cker that has a hard time putting on a lb a MONTH.

Itchy nips are the first sign. Once I got caught being stupid so i used Clomid and it worked until the nova came in.

I got crazy hot flashes using very low doses. I would be just talking with someone who didn`t even know I was on it and would ask me if I was o.k. because I looked all sweaty.

I started burning all up and sweating as well. It freaked me out a bit at first. Seriously, first cycles suck ass for me. Not knowing what to expect from any of these compounds is messing with my head. Toughing this out for another 8 weeks isn't looking all that appealing at this point...Part of me wants to quit, part of me wants to tough it out.

I've been dosing the Nolva around 7pm (I go to bed around 10pm). Perhaps I should dose it right at bedtime. Then hopefully I can be asleep during a hotflash? Or would I just wake up? Not sure..going to have to try it though.

I used it for pct after a M1T cycle. If you`re using nolva on cycle as I think you are, why not use aromasin instead to control the estrogen sided? Just want to add I don`t have much experience with this stuff and maybe someone else has something better to add.

I've been doing some research, getting a better handle on what the whole hot flashes w/Nolvadex is all about. So I'm feeling better about that now that I understand it. I'm such a headcase...sheesh.

Aromasin does seem like the way to go and I do have some, but was saving it for PCT. I'd have to get some more if I wanted to run it on cycle...

From what I`ve been reading aromasin is the way to go on cycle all the way through pct and is exactly what I plan on doing when I get the green light. You could use the nolvadex in pct, but that is such a controversial subject these days...

personally I would go with the low dose nolva over most of anything else.

Depending on what you want to get from your cycle, estrogen can be useful to my knowledge. Having both estrogen and test both help for gains. Estrogen has a big role as far as i know in both strength and joint health, and test has its obvious attributes as well.

Moreover hasn't nolva been shown to have affinity for estrogen receptors in breast tissue (gyno in men)? And we all know Nolva works by competing for receptors, not binding to the estrogen itself like an AI.

So while on cycle I would think nolva is the best choice, no? Or any other SERM that has affinity to breast tissue. I wouldn't want to AI away all my estrogen on a bulking cycle, i want my joints to not feel like sandpaper rubbing on itself

lol ,, i used 20mg/day, 10 mg was probably enough but i only had 20mg caps and it worked great i was still gaining and getting stronger while my nipple lumps were disappearing. I used to look like my avy a few months ago lol
