No, this will not be an novel but rather a weekly (and as detailed as my time allows me) of my road back to form and fitness.

At this stage I have not been to the gym for over 3 month and seriously out of shape.

I will post my current pictures and stats in the coming days and I will post at least a weekly progress status and pictures.

Hoping this transformation will be as good as the last one.

All right guys, I am deeply sorry for the lack of updates. Every time I think I have a bit of time to log this stuff, I get a new contract that consumes my day and nights. At least this time I still found myself some time at the gym.

So I posted some progress pictures.

I did not realize how out of shape I was until I looked at that first picture moments ago. It is really astonishing how fast one's body catabolizes lean muscle mass when it no longer have an excuse to maintain it.

The first few weeks were really tough as I had started a keto diet the first day of my training. So I went from inertia and food indulgence to hardcore training and no carbs...I was barely able to function (both mentally and physically the first week).

Things started getting better on the third week and the muscle fullness started making it's way back, slowly and gradually. Strength at the gym was going up steadily as well, but unfortunately old joint and tendons aches re-appeared with the sustained hammering and abuse.

While cruising on a steady progress was fine and dandy it wasn't that long after that I came to the realization that June was knocking on the door and even with the quite fast paced progress I was making, there would be no way I would be in a relatively decent shape in time for the summer.

So I did what I have always despised doing: starting a cycle only a short weeks into training. I really felt bad about it, but I decided at the time that it was to be a really light cycle consisting of approx. 400mg total per week.

To my rescue came two of my oldest and closest size quest allies: Test propionate and Winstrol.

Here is what the cycle I started two weeks ago looked like:

First 3 weeks:
---------------
25 mg Winstrol /ED
75 mg Prop /EOD
15 mg Anadrol (injectable) EOD (I have an old In* vial I want to get rid of)

Later on:
---------
75 mg Prop /EOD
100mg EQ /EW

So I am now 2 weeks into the cycle and I did put on a nice strength and size. I always liked Test Propionate (my favorite next to test suspension), and the UGL I am using now have a really much less painful brew than my previous experience with the hormone.

The only downside so far is that the Anadrol is really sapping my energy (I am extremely tired and always sleepy even when I just woke up) and I might have to stop it sooner than originally planned.

Of course the best cycle wouldn't be complete with a proper nutrition. So instead of doing full flush on Keto, I am now doing "blitz keto cycles" as in 2 weeks ON and 2 weeks OFF and always maintaining a 1.5g of protein per pound of total body weight.

So that's it for now. I will report back my progress, hopefully more often.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask them here and I will do my best to answer them in a timely manner.

I have to admit that I did lose some weight after stopping the D-rol. I lost almost 5 pounds in a matter of 3 days.

On the plus side though, I did get my energy levels back up and no more sleepiness nor drowsiness.

P.S: I received a few PM asking me for updated pictures and I think that a few people missed the fact that I added the pictures to the pictures section (2n post) of this thread.

Hey Wolverine and thanks for the kind words. I have been following your log as well :)

Yep, this is me in my avatar.

If you look in the pictures section (second post of this thread) I am now slightly more ripped than the last picture.

I will be taking new pictures soon and updating my progress.
