Hey Cbb bros, ive been cutting the last 6 weeks or so. I added my winny about a week and half ago. Today i was going for 600 on deads and 3x my bodyweight(weight was 198 this morning) ......Anyways i pulled up to 585 solid id say 90-95% of my max.... my hammys started to get really tight and were balling after the 585 set. My bro has been warning me about how taking winny can make you more injury prone, tendons and joints and what not, the guy knows his shit. So this got in my head right before i was gonna add more weight and made me back out of my 600 pursuit today... the last thing i want to happen is injury, so i figure ill try to be as smart as possible about it....from experienced winny users, have you had much troubles with your joints, tendons and injury from heavy lifting? Thanks

Mike

the last drug you should be taking if you work down to triples, doubles, singles is winny.....your tendons grow on winny but they become brittle......585 is an awesome pull for 198!

Thanks bro, i was taking it with test to help maintain my strength and the help me get to 198 and under, what would u think to be a better option to add to not gain mass but help with the strength, Var? I dont want to do tren till my next cycle and i cant add in any longer estered compounds right now, need something fast acting, as i only have about 8 weeks left

If you are worried you should also make sure your pulling double overhand instead of mixed. Also you are trying to lift 600lbs, so regardless of the Winny you should deffinatly make sure your feeling 100% before you go for it.

Ya i love pulling double overhand hooked, but the problem is my thumbs always split open and bleed all over, so i do use mixed most of the time.. a bicep tear would have to be the worst. I know what you mean about feeling 100 percent, i was feeling great today, just let it get to my head, ill probably attempt it 2 weeks from now, i honestly feel like i got 600 or a tad more in me

experience. shoulders always sore on winny, and also hurt shoulder doing friggen squats of all things.

winny "dries you out" and I believe that means also the synovial fluids in joints get affected.

i'm never doing winny again. i did it during the summer when i was younger and stupid and abused it. i looked too damn good and didn't want to stop and ending up doing close to 12 weeks. ****ed my right shoulder up and it's still ****ed.

You could drop the winnie and run turinabol or halotestin if you can get it. Var isnt worth it for the $ IMO.

Winstrol is definitely not for powerifters. As said above it dries you out which you do nto want as this reduces leverage and increases the chances of joint injury. It also has a tendency to make the muscles tighten up...this is the main reason why most track athletes stop the cycle well before each meet. Tight muscles lead to muscle tears etc especially in the hamstrings. For a powerflifter I would suggest a cycle witha base of test enanthate or cyp with tren acetate and cycled orals of anavar, andadrol and halo once close to the meet.
