eat more, change up your training, take a week off... lots of options. Bet it comes down to nutrition tho.

^^word. taking time off is an excellent way to blast through strength and size plateaus. i once took 3 months off from training to return and gain 25 lbs and drop my body fat by almost 2% simultaneously in just under 2 months. some of the best gains i have ever made. all natural too, this was years before i touched anything...

In 95% of people there is no such thing as overtraining - just under eating.

do some widowmaker squats day 1, chest/back day 2, then come talk to me :p

but i do agree that generally people dont eat nearly enough as they think they are

when I hit the peak of my volume training I am generally doing 32 sets in total for legs, 28 for back, 24 for chest, etc. I have to eat to support that kind of volume or I will definitely suffer.

not to put words in your mouth, but are u saying that for you specifically prolonged stress has NO effect on the CNS, other than that which can be ovecompensated through increase in cals?

when i start to get flu like symptoms its usually after 3-4 weeks of consitejntly going to the gym ED (or 1 day off a week at most), i know im "overtraining", i take 2-3 days rest and im good to go

Holy crap! That`s alot of volume. Is that the number of sets per workout or do you train each body part a few times a week splitting the numbers I see by 2 per workout?

To keep the thread on topic, the best test booster I`d recommend for you is a form of atd. Novadex xt by Gaspari is good. But not sure if at 21 it will work as good for you as it did for me because I was 31 when I tried it.

Well the other part of it is that one CANNOT train such a way for prolonged periods of time. 4-6 weeks is my max then I have to back it off for a couple weeks.

To me, overtraining takes months to happen and not saying it's not possible at all because it definitely is but I think far more people undertrain for fear of overteaining then vise versa.

I've always wondering how it was a pro could train twice (with weights) in 1 day and sure gear plays a part but so does their massive calorie intake....

Here comes the other handle. No hits from guys on Cannameet?

Only an idiot would tell someone that "there is no such thing as over training".

That's professionalmuscle shit. Not this board. This board has higher standards than allowing some wannabe spread shit like that.
