Hey guys, I have been MIA for a bit because of work/school.
Just an update: I finished my first cycle (Test Enan, pcts) learnt a lot on training and nutrition. Thank you all that helped me out with the bumps along the way while I was on it. I've now learnt as well the importance of training post-cycle to keep gains.
Up ahead I have 2 Cycles that I am planning and would love anyones inputs and criticism
First my current stats:
Age: 23
Height: 5'11
Weight: 191 lb.
Maintainence Calorie Value: ~2500
Bodyfat: 15.5-16% (7 point Caliper method) though seems like my bodies preffered fat deposits are the gut(29%)

Cycle 1: Cutting Cycle - 8 Weeks
Method: Cyclical Ketosis Diet
a) Start off 2 day no carb 80% Protein 20% Fats
b) Then 5 days 60/30/10 then 2 day carb up at 40/40/20
c) 6 days 60/30/10 then 1 day carb up "
d) ... repeat till end
e) 500-800 Calorie Deficit from Maintenance Calories
Supplements:
1. Protein!!! some good old EAS chocolate whey protein
2. Glutamine to protect against muscle catabalism and repair
3. Clenbuterol - 2 week pyramids Alternating with-
4. ECA stack - 2 week cycles.
5. A couple doses of Benadryl - to freshen up the beta-2 receptors
6. in case of diet emergency: White Kidney Bean Extract and Nopal Cactus Pills to block partial absorption when needing to cheat meal.
Fitness:
1. 18 Degree jogging 20 minutes 3 x week
2. 3 x 45 min spin classes 3 x week
3. Full 4 Day Split workout at 6-8 rep failure
Goals
1.5-2lb/ week for a total of 12-16lb or ~6% BF

Massive Bulk Cycle - 16 weeks
Hopefully I will be at 175-179 at 10% BF
Method:
a) Calorie Intake at 5000-6000
b) at a 40/40/20 ratio

1) Protein!!
2) Testosterone enanthate 1-16 - 500mg x week
3) Nandrolone decanoate 1-13 - 400mg x week
4) Dbol 1-4 - 50mg x day <--- Have it on hand
5) Nolva & HCG for pct <-- Have it on hand
Fitness:
a) 5-Day Split including failure reps, partial reps, dropsets
b) Routine switches every 4 weeks
Goals
15-20lb to bring me to 190-195lb. @ ~10%BF
