Big claims that they really help lose stubborn fat when incorporated into a good diet. Is it a gimmick or are these worth investing in? Your thoughts?

Complete piece of shit. If you want good advice about supplements or pretty much anything. It is that if something sounds too good to be true it is. In this case (and with other similar products) if it has multiple claims surrounding it that should be the first red flag. Learned all about it in a functional foods and neutraceuticals course. This product is a total waste of money, you get the same benefits from chewable vitamin C's or any cheap regular juice like OJ (cause that is almost exclusively how it is sold, as juice).
Just as good as blue berries or any fruit for that fact.

In Brazil it is very popular because we have the fruit, sometimes the frozen fruit but we basically make a really thick milk shake and add granola and that is a full meal.
If you are able to get the fruit (frozen or not) it is a great addition to your diet, don't waste your money if it is some juice
