Hey i was going to start carb cycling to shed some body fat and get lean for a BJJ tournement i am entering in 10 weeks. I was told about carb cycling and see a bunch of different ways to go about it. I was looking for some input because i think i am going to go with the twin peak article i read on bb.com. it looks like this.
Monday = No Carb
Tuesday = Low Carb
Wednesday = High Carb
Thursday = No Carb
Friday = Low carb
Saturday = High Carb
Sunday = Low Carb

I am 175 about 15% BF want toget down around 8%. Does this look ok. Never really dieted before. Any help would be great.

No, that's horrible and will just leave you lethargic. You need to be at no/low carb for much longer than that to really get the benefit.

this diet doesn't look too shabby.

To avoid possible fatigue just take ECA stack.
