Pizza is a bodybuilders best friend no doubt about it! It has all the essentials and more IMO
Of course it is not very good for conditioning, then again one is not always on conditioning mode ;)

I have the sweetest tooth ever. I deprived myself of all the sugars for most of my mid to late 20s, and this created a defecit of course....over the last couple of years I have developed this unstable cravings for sweets...I know I am not diabetic at all, but I go through my spikes during the day--yes I fight them :D and succeed....most of the time (don't hate!)
I have a soft spot in my heart for cream cheese cake, coconuts, puttings, flans (DAMN)

Whenever I am out for a good time, I often OFTEn---ok ALL the time hit MacDonalds (makes me sick even talking about it hahahahha) and at 3AM nothing tastes better than a stinky low life---tavernacle my mouth just waters... big mac, a double quarter pounder, followed by a mac chicken....15 dollars I hate spending, but OMG those shoes soles taste really good at that time.

On my cheat days, I normall ALWAYS get up and down an entire bag of Oreos...yes one full bag and 3 cups of coffee.

Poutines....I do endulge into 2-3 per year, I normally end up sick for a few days after---yes it messes up my stomach. 1-2-3 per year I am happy camper.

That's how I eat all the time and look way better than when I was eating clean.

Course, I'm just trying to get to 250 asap, then I'm going to slowly recomposition until I'm carrying as much muscle as I can at that weight.

So, I'm trying to enjoy this as long as I can, I have to say trying to eat over 6k in cals a day is pretty rough, eat a 2k cal meal and let me know how you feel.

I'm actually looking forward to oatmeal, rice, potatoes and all that.

I made it to 249 in early January. Currently @ 225 and dropping. I think I will hit 205 before it's time to start eating again but it's hard to tell. Every poind is makinn a pretty visible difference at this point.

While I'm not one to bulk I thought I'd throw in some pigging out and after a few days it's just not fun. Packed on 8lbs in under a week is nice though but I hate the preggers look. I use more of the sweet treats to up the cal's. Ice cream is off the list or else I'll be sleeping in the garage, lol.
