nah dont mean puttin pins filled with insulin into a blender, thats gross
but anyways immediate post humalog shot what you guys think of these recipes, or share your own recipes ...
1: 500ml skim milk, a few shots of nesquick (depend how much sugars you need) some creatine, and 2.5 scoops of ON chocolate whey....
would get sugars/protien from milk, sugar from chocolate syrup, and protien from protien obviusly ha. im thinkin maybe add a banana would that add more simple sugars to the equation?
2: 500ml or so of some good fruit punch, some frozen strawberrys, 2.5 scoops strawberry whey w/creatine. would make a ballin' smoothee

yea its me haha.
and both those shakes have 85grams of simple sugars... so add 150 hahaha....
235grams of sugar divided by me starting out at 4IU's PWO =
58.75 grams of dextrose per IU?! that seems a little high brah!!
maybe you thinkin i doing somethin like 20 IUs all at once

58.75 grams of dextrose per IU?! that seems a little high brah!!
maybe you thinkin i doing somethin like 20 IUs all at once

maybe your an idiot who cant figure out that the strawberries account for 10 g of simple sugar, and the juice accounts for 65 grams.

You should stick to dextrose pwo with whey in water.
Keep that fancy smoothie stuff for friday nights and add vodka to it...lol
But seriously...fructose sucks as a post workout carb.
