shiat......im pinning twice a day and it kinda sux.....just a bit....left quad, right quad, left delt, right delt, left glute, right glute and over again and again and again and again......thinking about hitting biceps but never pinned 'em before and i am dreading the suspension going into virgin muscle....hah

I did left/right quad/delt but for some unknown reasons, I have a hard time pinning quads lately. The needle won't break the skin or it will hurt pushing the as soon as I push the needle.

Nope, but I've put 6cc into my bis. 3 on the outside, 3 on the inside. It was synthol (or some cheap variation of it). Stupid...
