Ketosis and T3

If I recall T3 should not be used or is useless while on a keto diet. I am not sure where I read this, may have been here. Any advice on this would be welcome.

wrong. Palumbo has his peeps start T3 from day one.

I've noticed more drastic effects while on the palumbo diet and using t3's then not on the diet.

Exogenous T3 works great on a keto diet. Endogenous T3 production from the conversion of T4 is lowered because of the low carbs that is why a high carb cheat meal is advocated each week.
