Anyone have success with it, how's your experience?

I'm currently on week 4, strength is still there and not so lethargic compared to keto diets. I have 3 medium carb days around 100g and 4 low days under 50.

I'm seeing results, slow as they can be but visible specially in the arms and shoulder section. So when do you guys add a refeed, when you stall on fat loss or every two weeks?

Thanks, new at serious dieting so need all help.

Usually carb cycling is done later in the diet to get off the last of the stubborn fat, for me anyways. I usually start off high, low, medium once I begin cycling them. Then when I need to drop the last bit of fat I'll go a few low days with a high day, maybe 3 low days in a row. But thats once Im close to contest condition. Numbers of carbs are indivudual.

I have tried both keto and carb cycling.....keto was tough, but with great results...
As for carb cycling, it worked great as well and it was not so hard on my body, but my system was different, maybe you want to try it...
I would do three days low in carb, and every forth day I would jack up my carb intake, also never would I consume carbs 3 hours before sleep....
so for example my low carb day meal would consist of half a cup of rice or oatmeal per meal, on my high carb days, I would just double it, from half a cup to one cup, from 2-3 rice cakes to 5-7....that's all, keep it simple...you doing a lot of low carb days and remember when you lowering your carbs your muscles will be flat, once you add carbs back to a proper level, you will fill out....so the 3 days low, and 4th day high carbs works well in my opininon.....
oh yeah, and when you doing keto, use EC stack and it will keep your energy levels up, you won't feel lethargic...hope this helps

Thanks a lot guys. I'm gonna stick with carb cycling for a bit, maybe for 10 weeks and see where it will get me. This is just a prelude for my summer cutting cycle anyway.

I just want to get to 12% before I start my cycle come june.
