yoplait with the pro-biotics 650 gram in a tub over 600 calories and 20 grams of protein, by the way Ive been drinking close to a gallon of milk a day also, keep that on the down low for me FC.

Try this, it's a massgaining shake I make sometimes.
4 scoops mutant mass - 1000 cals
1 row oreos
2-3 scoops ice cream
fill the blender up with chocolate milk
- I think it's good for at least 2k cals, and bloats you out like you can't believe... it also helped me to gain 10lbs in a month, with minimal fat gain... don't get me wrong... I gained some fat too.

oreo's=lot's of trans fats.
I did a cheat day once with some cheesecake around 2pm, damm shit stopped my pig out fest in it's tracks. Got major bloat and felt like shite and let's not mention the lactose farts... ugggg
