Peptides...

The more I read the less I know.

I can't seperate the marketing and broscience from the reality of these products.

Magical localized growth, growing intestines, growing organs, fat loss, muscle gain. At least two of these seem like a problem.

Can someone point me to a cretins guide to peptides.

thanks.

To be quite honest it is extremely simple...use GH as long as it is affordable for you...everything else is a waste of money.

^absolutley agree. And stay the **** away from the growth hormone releasing peptides ... those things are in their ****ing infancy in terms of clinical use in humans and theres a reason they are research chems.

as many people who say IGF is bunk, will say it is awesome. Dosage is a factor, as well as protocol. 100mcg per day pwo

MGF requires high dose (1/2 gram per day) and is too expensive, might as well run HGH

growth releasing peptides have rave reviews from some peptide masters

IGF-1 LR3 i think is what you are implying anyway....and you are correct....little to none when it comes to muscle growth. As well th ewhole idea of site specific injections after the muscle being trained in ludicrous.
rIGF-1 will work for muscle growth but it is extremley hard to get, very expensive and requires frequent daily injections.
IGF-1 LR3 is a decent GDA and that is it.

IGF-1 LR3 is useless for muscle growth and dosage is not a factor. I have done controlled self experimentation as well as on others and the scientific literature backs this up...no growth. Useless you are talking IGF-1 which is a totally different compound.
dont believe me...go to MD and ask Patrick Arnold on his Q&A...see for yourself.

thats what I am saying bro, is that I can find an equally hardcore qualified guy to back up the other side...
I think it is safe to say there is differing opinions on the matter, and perhaps it is one of this things where time will have to tell
