As the title states, I'm a small fry compared to some of you guys. At the age of 35, I'm 200 lbs with a badger belly. Starting this Monday, I'm going to be making use of the gym at work. I will use my blog to update my progress. It's not a pretty sight, but 90 days from now, I hope to make a difference.
