I'd swap the EVOO for Unrefined Coconut Oil. It's mostly MCTs with a variety of healthy benefits (Boosts Thyroid, Metabolism & Immune System, and possibly linked to increased testosterone levels). Atleast mix it up for some variety.

I assume that last shake of the day is casein; you can replace it with some cottage cheese + fats for some variety. Also consider bulk cooking some stews/chilis and use those instead of some of your shakes/lunch. I also like making meatloaf in bulk and freezing it. You just need to invest in some tupperware :)

Also for breakfast you can drop the oats, just have a few more eggs and add in some veggies.

HEY Great white thanks for the imput - I usually prepare my weeks meals in advance, it keeps me from cheating if its already to go . A meatloaf might be a good idea got any good recipes ?

You really need to decide what your goal is. Either you want to lean down or gain muscle. You can only do one at a time so pick one and follow a plan to get there.

Thanks , for you input

Currently, im trying to get bigger by adding quality lean mass not just putting on tons bulk and having to diet it all away just to find i lost most of my gains
i believe i have a endomorph body type and i tend to put on weight on my abs and chest very easily.

Wish I could help you out man. Carb cycling has worked well for some guys I train with.

This is kind of an old argument of whether you can gain muscle without gaining fat... depending on who you talk to you'll get a lot of different answers. If you're trying to gain some lean mass... it's going to be tricky or impossible if you're in a calorie deficit.

I'd say just be patient keep food logs and weekly pics or it's going to become impossible to accurately know what's going on. you'll actually be able to see if you put weight on in the abs and chest.. or if it's just in your head.

Good luck man

i should double check but im pretty sure im not in a calorie deficit- this diet was a increase from my last diet - im stuffed at all the time !

my gym has the electric bf% scale and i have to get on it again and double check the numbers but the mirror seems to be agreeing with me .

***I was thinking of adding 3-4g/day of CLA to my diet what do you think ??? ***
