Yup, but from what i could see, his left tricep is still ****ed which would probably mean his left lat is still toast as well...

That sucks, just read that Ronnie was was fixed and ready to go saying he wants a 9th sandow. Not too sure that it`s possible. The man is a legend and should enjoy life doing guest posings. He said on a radio show he makes around $5000 per guest posing all expenses paid. Dosen`t get much better than that. But these guys are driven so you never know.

6'1..but i am way out of shape... i have not trained in almost 4 weeks.. I have been having kidney problems, so my protein intake is very low. I am returning to the gym on Monday and will see how much i can gain or maintain on less than 200 grams of protein per day.

Thanks bro...it sucks but i will be able to train, i just can't eat a ton protein and take large amounts of gear anymore.

do you know what caused the kidney problems?
did you have this problem when you were younger?
