Eddie Robinson was a big inspiration to me when I started out. Funny, when he was competing he was criticised for having a thick and blocky waist. If he competed today, with that same body he'd have one of the smallest waists on stage!

It might not be a popular opinion... But I've gotta say that Ronnie looks like crap. He's fuking massive and no one compares to him in that respect but most modern bodybuilders just look like crap IMO. I really can't stand the big waist GH look that is common today. The pics of Arnold that were posted are more like what I aspire to be.

Nubret looks awesome. He`s 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 lbs. Amazing build. Actually all those guys in pumping iron inspire me. But that Yates pic is just jaw dropping.

Perfect for squats/deadlifts!

Yeah, if I were as big as him I may do it too. Until that day comes I'll stick to my Chucks.

My Fave Bodybuilder, although he's about 1/5th this size now. He was a true freak in his day.

Wasn't it Flex that was using those mini shots of some kind of bio toxin or something to fill out certain parts of his physique?A touch too much.Shawn was near perfect.Serge could be in an art gallery, but what a friggin cable hog!

At one point later in his career that was rumoured, But the Flex of the '98 Arnold and '93 Olympia was the closest IMO to bodybuilding perfection.

I have never seen a pic of an old school guy that doesnt look good long after his time has passed. Doesnt the media teach us that steroids are going to make us look 100 yrs old when we are only 50yrs old?? come on
