I definately had a harder time waking up and getting out of bed on test e.... once i was up i was fine and felt great. Im still on, and dont feel like that anymore.. just the first 6 weeks or so

my very first cycle a ways back, I remember just being plain old dumb and thinking half a ml was half a gram.. basically being retarded... well for the first few weeks I felt like ass... then I relized what I was doing and after upping the dose I felt like superman... that cycle was definately the best for energy I've ever had... I did 500test and 400 EQ

I felt tired throughout my entire cycle of test e. It actually surprised me, since I read so much about having huge amounts of energy, strength, feeling great, etc.... didn't really feel any of those awesome effects. I gained weight, that's about it.
I should mention though I took Arimidex 0.5mg eod pretty much the whole time, so that could have affected my energy levels.
I basically had to drink NO Shotgun before every workout just to get through them.

I've been really tired all the time for last 8-9 months. I just started on a test E cycle hopefully It see improvement in my fatigue not it getting worse.
Test can cause some people to be lethargic. Although if your test is relatively low naturally you should get more energy.

It's not necessarily the Test but the extra weight that you're carrying that is making you tired..

No, 2x a week (Mon/Thu). Tonight is my second shot.
I think it's just a mix of nerves/excitement. I'm probably hyper body-aware right now, so any little thing get's amplified in my mind. It's the whole not knowing what to expect, because I have no real world experience yet. One can do all the research and reading in the world (which I have done) but it's not the same as real world experience. I think the best thing for me is to carry on and get a few weeks under my belt.
Bro, maybe consider doing a Tbol or Dbol kicker for 5-60 wks. 25-30mg a day.
Other possibility could be test flu.. you've only done one shot though.. See how you feel after the 2nd shot..
Test takes a good 4 wks to really kick in.. So you're not just going to take 1 shot and feel like million bucks :)
Also I cannot over state the importance of getting enough sleep and drinking enough water... @ least 4 litres a day!!

Bulk muscle has a nice PCT calculator that you can use to estimate the ammount in your body http://bulkmuscle.com/pct/ ... as you can see you dont really have much after your first shot -it slowely builds up over a couple weeks.
I found that when i did my first cycle of test-e i was kinda more tired about 6 weeks in, i was sleeping more and stuff. Not tired during the day really, but sleeping more at night for sure. I also didnt feel as "Pumped" as everyone says your supposed to get -but i really liked it anyway. The tiredness wasnt really an issue; i just had to make sure i got my full 8 - 9 hours of sleep a night.

Oh right -also i got the flue once during my cycle: that was probably the root cause of it now that i think back. Getting a good cold/flue can slow you down for a couple weeks even after you feel better.

It's the body reacting to all the new 'extra' androgen and all the physiological changes that coincide with it will cause you to be more drained then normal ... Makes perfect sense especially since it's your first cycle ... I'd eat more (clean food I hope) if I were you and yes, sleep. You're body is telling you you need it for a reason. I would imagine it (the lethargy) won't last long however.

Up the food. Whenever I'm tired on cycle, I just need to eat. Besides. . naps are free gh and a good way to grow. Just be all about the naps.

Yea naps rock if you can get em i try to get 8 hours of sleep at least on cycle and have a weight gainer to keep my cals up throughout the night at 2 A.M i also try to jam a protein shake with whole milk in real quick and a bottle of water to keep away catabolisim.

perhaps all the excitedness of your first time has drained you a bit? if you are pushing that exgtra bit more in the gym, it may do it too... i didn't really get much out of T-En until week 5... it's cold season too, so a bit of a bug can slow you down too... or all of the above?
the only thing i can say made me really tired was anadrol...slept all the time on that stuff..
hang in there...even take a day or 2 off training if it persists... 4-6 weeks from now you should be pumped all day long...mental and physical
i may have missed, is that all you are taking?

you'll be happy with the results....
make sure you use pct... i did the same thing first time around and crashed pretty hard.. everybody responds a little different too
