If we consider that test itself prevent tits forming then we might say that .5mg of estro in the absence of exogenous test could make gyno if applied for many days on end.

Now your estro gel is probably 0.06% w/w gel (thats a common strength). So puting 1.25 gram dose of gel on him will give you .75mg of estro.
