After some thought, i would love to contribute more and become a mod here...I have been on the boards for only a couple of years but i spend most of my time on the boards helping people as much i can regarding diet, cycles and training.

I am not affiliated with any lab, I am not partial to any one lab as i generally use a variety of lab's products in my cycles. Some will argue that because i am a VIP at one particular board that used to be a affiliated with an order site that i cannot be impartial. But the truth is that this particular site is not associated with the sale of any illegal substances and is an informational site only.

In any case I feel i have a solid foundation of knowledge to share with others regarding AAS, diet and training and would love to help keep this site a great and safe place for others to exchange knowledge and ideas regarding this wonderful lifestyle that we all have chosen. Now let's get those votes in..lol!!

Yep the board is doing very well, i'd personally be a vote for the guys that are contributing well, and most importantly are not revolved around UG's. My vote would have to be for freeze and gus. Couple of good guys, the last thing we want is mods like nexus on power trips flaming everyone.

Admin, please make sure you check the refs of anyone selected. Mods seem to get let into any old vet section or area just cause they mod at any old board, so we don't wanna have the wrong guys. Not saying anyone that's been nominated is a bad selection as i have no idea, this is just common sense.

I would also like to apply for the job...lol.... I have been around for awhile on Canadian and American boards like CJM, Nexus, **********, Anabolex, steroidology, steroidencyclopaedia, Musclemayhem....etc...etc...for a couple of years now so i believe i can help out with this board. I go by the handle "SOLID" on those boards, yes i was a newbie at once so yes i have asked dumb questions in the past but have learned a hell of a lot in the last few years. I am currently being coached by a former IFBB pro (who wishes to remain anonymous) and have learned a lot from this person including tips about "supplements". I think this would be a good opportunity for me to help others out and meet new people, after all this is why we're all here isn't it?

After reconsideration I have decided to apply for the position due to requests by board members. For those who dont know me I've been on the boards for about 4 years now mostly the american ones only becuase I didnt stumble upon the Canadian ones until a few years ago. I am a vet at a few other boards and have mod/admin refs, if anyone is interested in contacting them to do a followup please pm me and I'll give you there email addy's. Word man!!! Some do know who's even "helping out a friend" but not directly connected.. This IMO is what will make is hard, to find someone total unbias..
I really thought MP was mod, sooo was messing around,but is he's not, well, he's frrigen admin to i'm guessing? for set ups etc? then dont' matter.. but as for mods, who knows, but good luck in the deciding i'm sure not everyone will be happy with pick... personaly dont matter to me.. but def someone unbias and that deserves.

Just to clear up..mp is an admin here. He does the work on my site when I need and that's it. For that he does not need to be mod (sorry slugger lol). He wants to purchase the site for the name. Why you ask, it's for him to tell you. But one thing, you don't have to invest thousands for google ad words to show up at the top of the list when doing searches. It's the perfect name. Period. But of course it's not cheap to get so it's not his.

With all the Vets here, i think that it will be a little more difficult to happen here, but hey anything can happen anywhere given the right circumstances. Myself if I become Mod, it has nothing to do with power, it's all about contributing. So many kick ass people have helped me since i have been on the boards, i feel i need to give something back to the community every chance i get.

From all the years I have been on the boards this is how alot of the boards I have seen come along have gone.
A new board starts, people join and the numbers stay low for the first while and every one gets along. The board gets more attention, more people join. Some of the members that were there the longest and have the most posts think their views are always right and should carry more weight than the newer members and they start getting arrogant.
Some of the members that were there the longest start to get Mod positions, some times they are very nice and informative posters. They start out as mods the same way they were befor, then as time goes on they get more arrogant and start talking down to other members.
Then the board starts going to shit.
I am not in any way saying all boards go this route or that all Mods are arrogant by any means, but it does seem to go this way alot.

Agreed. Sometimes mods or senior members cut down newbies only because of their post count, thinking they have to "put in their time", I fell victim to this on numerous boards.

Now when I say something absurd, the elders say(cuz of my post count)"ahhh...its shithead anyway, we'll let it go"

I've been a Supermod, Mod, Admin ect... for a bunch of boards. I'm not applying but I'll vote for Gustavo77 as a great new Mod. The guy is Helpful and actually spends some time on the boards (unlike alot of other Mods).. I think he'd be a great asset to CBB IMHO...

The wrong mod choice can destroy a board pretty quick. Whoever is acting currently as ADmin here has been doing a great job imo and seems to have the right qualities for the job. Perhaps someone that shares the current admin's temperament should be chosen.

I haven't noticed a need for a load of mods around here. Things have been pretty smooth and most people here seem to be respectful.
