Yes I would do that, but this is not my computer and need to get a usb chip for this. I was told not to put any of the stupid kind of pics I find funny on the hard drive of this computer. It belongs to someone else and it was lent to him for his job. The pic is on bb.com in the pro bodybuilding section. Guy is very, very, small. At least now his head is symetrical with the rest of him...

I just heard him on a radio show and sounds like a nice dude. He`s doing the right thing by putting money in competitors hands. I wish him all the best.

Dillet is stand up and deserves to do well in the fitness/bodybuilding industry. It's too bad he doesn't show up on CBB and promote his federation here. Someone that speaks/chats with him should invite him.

Dillet has health problems which led to his shrinking condition. Levrone went the route he did so he could get into acting.

Would be great if Paul would show up here. I'm not sure if he's interested in the big bodybuilder type guys though. I think fitness and figure is what he is promoting??

Natural bodybuilding, fitness, figure and fitness modelling. Although I'm not sure if they actually test. Very similar to FAME.

Never heard about Dillet having health problems. I know Levrone went into acting. Still can`t get over the loss of size. Thought the whole gh, insulin, igf 1, test stack was some cocktail to permanent muscle growth.

...think that was taken last year when Val brought in Jay or Dex for those seminars. I don't see what the big deal is though, Paul's not making money off his body any more and it just isn't healthy to stay that big as you age, more power to him.

joking... no. exaggerating A BIT. he used to gain up to his shows and then not train for 6 month and go down under 200lbs before his contest prep started

If he lived his life like that, I don`t respect him as a bodybuilder. To me it`s a day to day thing. What you just said proves the rumors of him being lazy. If he would have trained more I`m not saying taking breaks is a bad thing, he could have been much better and learned to to a lat spread. But in the end he did good so all the power to him. And I like how he always tried to help the athletes.

Looks good to me. Let's see your own so we can compared how it is actually supposed to be done...

^^^ Not sure that`s Paul Dillet, why not post one up from the front? Besides everyone knows it was his weak point. What the **** is the point in asking me to post up a pic dude? I`m being critical of his body and him being a pro he is subject to it. Alot of times we will say so and so has weak triceps, or calves, saying post yours up to see how it`s done is just adding more yes votes to the is Nate a prick poll.

That's a pic of Kevin Levrone. Dillet is a little darker, even when you factor in the pro tan. They were talking about Levrone going up and down in weight a lot. Dillet never did that. I've heard them both refered to as having some of the best genetics in bodybuilding (in terms of putting on muscle). Probably more likely that they respond really well to drugs.

Well then dosen`t it make sense to say that if Levrone didn`t take so much time off he could have done better? He was a great poser and had great stage presence. A bit more consistency he would have placed higher. But I don`t see him beating Flex or Ronnie.

Synthol anyone?

actually lots of pros grow into contests, far back as Frank Zane, Franco Columbo, and I believe Sergio Olivia was that way also, as far as competitors of today Im not really to up to date but I know that Will Harris is that way also.

I think he is promoting the big bodybuilder type or at least thats what showed up to his show in the fall of 2008. A former PDI pro won the heavy weights and a friend of mine competed there as well after doing the Canadian Nationals. I've heard that he may even offer a pro card at this years show just have to wait and see. It would be nice if there was another show for Canadian athletes to have a chance to turn pro.

how can you say that taking that time off wasnt beneficial to him? perhaps allowing his body and mind to relax and recover was the best method he found to work. its hard to swallow a statement like "i dont respect him as a bodybuilder" because he took time off.

im no bbing historian, but im pretty sure levrone is the "winningest" bodybuilder ever. what that means exactly im not sure but ive read it a number of times (no olympias doesnt mean not successful)

his physique is by far my favorite of all time. perfect combination of size, aesthetics and density

Levrone was/is one of those guys who had not only the physique but the charisma to be successful on and off stage. He knows where he wants to be and is heading there. How is that a bad thing?

You bring up a good point stating his amount of wins. One of the all time greats for sure. Taking time off is good but he took too much time off. But as a result he walks away with his health, no major injuries and a living legend. So perhaps his approach is sane after all and my comment wasen`t.

What I said about not respecting him as a bodybuilder, I take back ,way too harsh especially for what he`s accomplished.
