Like the title says i am back from Ohio and it will take a few days to recover from the Alcohol abuse bestowed upon me by my bro from Ohio...those hillbillies sure know how to drink...wow...

Anyways, the Arnold was cool. I met Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Dexter Jackson, Darrem Charles, Branch Warren and Troy Alves. Troy Alves was the coolest of them all though, the guy was right on.

It is good to be home though but it is not good to be back in the cold. It was over 22 degrees on Sat in Columbus, now i am back -15 here where i live....brutal...

Ya i did take pics but i have to edit them. I did not get any pics of the finals as my finance forgot the camera (grrrr) but i got pics of me with some of the pros at the Expo. Like i said i need to edit them though as i do not feel like putting my face online..lol..
