Got a bill from telus it was like $700.00 dollars about $600.00 to much. Phoned telus and told them about the mistake and here is what they told me. Just pay it sir and we will credit you when the time comes. I said thats like going to Mc Donald's getting charged $500.00 for chicken Mc Nuggets and being told thats all right just keep coming back and we will deduct your meals until we are even W.T.F

funny thing, I was just at Telus today getting my new cell.. and some girl at the counter was complaining about the same thing, then i hear the staff talking and i guess its happening with many many people.. i hope it gets situated for you.

I would have lost my cool over the phone or in person if a rep advised me to pay the bill and just advantage the credits in the future.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? What does the consumer look like to those ****ers???? bail out plan?? Imagine they do this to 100,000 of their custumers, let us for a second average over charges at 150 bucks ----holy ****!!! millions of dollars per year!!!

Telus has never let me down, their lack of integrity never fails. I have never used them, but I have read and heard many many negatives about the firm.\

Ya i had a problem in the past not that high just 300.00.I now get pre-paid phones from Virgin Moblie and there great i lost one no biggy,just picked up another on for 39.95 came with 25.00 calling time,so i was only out 15.00.

Funny little scam they seem to be using to make their #'s look better at the end of their fiscal year. Looks good to the investors.

they did this to me before (but for 3k)... I paid it and then called in to get them to cut me a cheque for the over payment. A guy shouldn't have to do that but it wasn't worth the fight to me.
