VERY true I have to say.

But when looking at what is bad costumer service? balck and white, and not so colorful, as we all have different perspective and standards.

I know for a fact that companies that DO invest and put money into training courses, have better chances at holding successful employees--successful business.
Those employees who climb the ladder the hard way...over the years, and acquire positions within, are the bad apples many of times IMHO

I have seen people with degrees who work opposite industries than what they went to school for, and are alpha models, while I have seen equal, but complete waste of time.

We live in times when retention of clients is based SOLELLY and directly by how the employee treats the client---employee client relationship is the key element now a days IMO
Nothing stops me from purchasing a tv set for 500.00 here or across the street---same model, same price. Nothing stops me from going to that restaurant or the one across the street...you get my point.;)

That's why I'm in business, service service service. Hell I've even agreed to do a job on a sat whenever they get around to it. Will charge 'em good too. Service costs $$$$, you want cheap, go to walmart and get help, lol.

oh man.. I definitely agree customer service is everything... but being on the other end, when you know people are just trying to get something free, but you have to do it, just plain old sucks. Running a business means you don't have the right to pride, but it still hurts to let some fat woman walk all over you.

That being said, I roll out the red carpet for people who really deserve it.
