If the goal is fat loss and you could only go with Clen or T3 (not both), what do people think is the more effective of the two compounds

i tried everything. clen, t3, ephedrine.
nothing was worth while.
When I want to lose, I lower carb and fat intake, and do cardio. 45 minutes pre-workout for a couple weeks, and will lose 5pounds of fat easy

I too have tried various methods over time, most have been successful as long as I do my part of the bargain: work my ass off.
From the interm I will say that trying the natural route is always the best option, versus jumping on compounds such as clen, or even T3--those that can make your life hell or so if not used properly.
Whenever I want to hit 10% or so, from my usual 12%, I normally incorporate cardio sessions 3 times per week (always after leg days, to also help me with acid build up from work out)\
Spin bike for 20 minutes playing with the speed at ever 60 seconds, FASTER, slower, Harder, easier.....I then jump on the treadmill for another 20 mins at 3.7 speed---sweat that extra layer out!! :)
Just a simple approach on how-to loose a few pounds. Different levels for different objectives.

I have tried clen and frankly dislike it.
I may change my mind in May but for the moment the palumbo diet and cardio are my first lines of attack and I'm pretty sure they will be more than adequate for the level of bodyfat I'm trying to achieve.
Paper thin skin and striated glutes are not on my list of required characteristics.
I'll be happy with crisp muscle definition and a good starting point for winter.

wish people would get out of the mind mode that drugs are better than diet and cardio for fat loss. Drugs enhance the diet and cardio but can't do it all. Not even GH at 10 IU/day can make up for a crappy diet.

I agree with doing a keto diet. If you are looking to shed pounds fast, keto and cardio is definitely the way to go.
