well i think i spoke to soon on my sleep not being affected by tren haha.

100mg Eod of acetate, im exactly 8 days in now.

i always though tren kept you awake from the start of the night though. (from what ive read) Thing is, i have absolutely no problem GETTING to sleep, its staying asleep thats is my problem. im waking up literally every half hour completely awake and not one bit tired, like right now for example, its 5:50am and i have been off and on sleeping since midnight, in the 5 hours ive been in bed ive probably slept like 3 of em max, and still, im sitting here wide awake and i cant get back asleep.

anyway, this all started last night, and i also got a bad cold yesterday, so does this all sound like tren sides? or could it simply be from being sick. Keeping in mind i have zero problems gettin to sleep the first time of the night, its staying asleep thats the issue.

sounds like trensomnia....same as me...getting asleep is fine..i just wake up a few hours later........go to walmart & buy some 'travel tabs'

The cold could be a fluke...some ppl do get stuffy or cold like symptoms sometimes with test...But probabaly just coincidence,...Your insomnia is exactly caused by tren I was lucky to get 3 hours sleep a night total. Untill I went into my Doc and asked for something to help me sleep I blamed it on afghanistan either way i was good to go after that and slept through the night with no issues. You can also go and buy nytol over the counter in Canada and that should do the trick to bro

luckily i got a call from mr.boss saying we arent working today cuz its -27, ill try and catch up on some sleep today.

in the meantime, im gonna haul ass to 711 and get some Taquitos for breakfast

Hah ya that would be the insomnia. At least you can get to bed, I'd lay in bed after 4 sleeping pills and melatonin and just stare at the ceiling straight zombie for hours. I never had night sweats, right until the end. Even when I stopped pinning acetate a week later I was still waking up ever hour or two to piss. I couldn't nap or anything. I miss the gains but wow I forgot how much I miss proper sleep.

for me I would fall asleep easily (usually), but would wake up at like 2 or 3am or some gawd awful hour and be up the rest of the night until about an hour before the alarm went off. sometimes complete with night sweat...

i hate buying groceries.

i eat alot of pasta, fast food(no deep fried though, just burgers and shit), shakes, protein bars, and snack packs haha.
as long as i get my macros in i dont care how i get it

if your doing gear and eating like that your not doing your body ANY GOOD AT ALL not too mention the lack of progress that can and will happen eating fast food alot while on cycle... how many times a week do you go to a fast food joint too eat ? or how many times a day ?

Dude, I got the same thing my first tren experience. Acetate ester...around 8-10 days in started getting night sweats at 75mg eod...but only lasted for around 2 weeks. Upped to 100mg eod near the end and didn't get any more night sweats. The insomnia stuck around. Same thing, getting to sleep was fine, but getting total 4 hours a night was considered lucky. Go buy some ephedrine and caff pills for the day and melatonin for the night. Phenibut works well too if you can get your hands on it.

On another note...dieting down with test/tren, cutting out carbs and doing fasted morning cardio, I haven't slept like this in like 5 years man. 8 solid hours at least every night. Sleep like a ****in baby, but seems like with the work you might be doing, energy from the carbs are probably in your best interest right now I'm assuming.

i usually eat a couple double cheese a day from mcdonalds.

other then that its all clean foods mostly

i just try and get in food because i work 10-12 hours a day and not much time to make a prepared meal.

i snack on ALOT of peanuts throughout the day, lots of milk, iso-flex bars, gainer shakes. like for supper ill usually have pasta and fish or pasta and shrimp or anything.

the last half of the day is good eating, its just the first half where i eat a many little things like peanuts and all that mentioned to keep my body fueled, then when im done work, i just grab a couple double cheeseburgers (900 calories, 50g protein, 50g carbs, 50g fat) to catch up

cook 2wice a week sunday and wednesday its easy to prepare all your meals before hand that way. plus i believe you get better gains from 50g steak protein than 50g mcdonalds protein.

it was one of those stick your arm in it and do it yourself deal, and it was only slightly above average, what do you expect when taking stimulants and thermogenics?

And who said i dont know how to eat? i eat alot better then the average person, so i eat cheeseburgers, other then that my diet is completely clean. Its just because of my job i tend to grab a little extra calories after work, to catch up, then its back to clean.

Everyone on here is probably on a strict clean bulk eh? god forbid if i eat a double cheeseburger or 2 a day.

By the way, i just re-read that, and its not supposed to come off as dickish as it sounds, haha, just the way i typed er

I cook once a week on Sunday. I have a rice cooker and make a shit load of brown rice, throw in 20 chicken breasts in the oven, a couple pounds of extra lean ground beef and steam a bag of vegetables. I then make 25 or so meals all portioned in Tupperware and thrown in the freezer.

So I have some with :

chicken/rice/vegetables and hot sauce
ground beef/rice/vegetables and hot sauce
Just plain rice, and throw a can of tuna on it with you guessed it, hot sauce.
This is just part of the equation. You need more food, healthy fats, etc. But you get the point...

I save my crap ( burgers etc) for Sunday only. Learn to eat methodically and you will love your gains.

ditto. cook sunday to get me through the week and weekends I can prepare fresh but the week has 30 meals all prepped and ready in the fridge by about 2pm on Sunday.

im just bulking right now, and im not scared to put on a little extra fat. I wanna take advantage of the cycle and put on as much weight as possible, if some is fat, it happens. Im not scared to eat a cheeseburger or hammer down a bag of chips or something.

Now, with that being said, even though it is an easy way to bring in protein and calories, its not healthy, and i know that, im starting to lose energy and things like that, and i know its from processed food, which is why i decided to, before this whole debate even came up, to clean my diet up a bit.
