Just been surfing arround the last couple of weeks as I just had surgery for a pec minor / partial bicep tear repair.

I was on BB.com but was refered to this site and must say I'm very happy in what I have seen, very educational and staight up bro's on here.



I train at West Ed Gold's and really enjoy it there. I'm just an ordinary guy that works in the oil and gas industry that likes to look ****in good!

I'm looking forward to talking to all that can help out. I will post some pics of the surgery. The scar is alot worse than they said but the surgeon said it was worse than what the MRI read.

I use to live there years ago as a kid also a place called Granisle, BC. My dad worked at the mine. Boy I sure miss the fishing up there! The Folton River for Steelhead and Salmon!

Hey dude, im new here too!
I have to say.. I was in Edmonton on thursday for work..And i trained at Your golds there in West ed... The cardio area was amazing... but I didnt like the free weights all that much. PLus they had buddy cleaning and vacuming the equipment at peak hours like 4:30pm. What was with that. He was like lifting up peoples water bottles to clean under and around them. Quite annoying!
