Hello everyone. Nice looking board, Mandarb11 pointed me in this direction and i'm glad he did. I recognize a few other names on here as well.

I'll be 49 next month, been in the weight game my whole life. Not in the competative sense, but have always worked out. Not huge, lol, 5"11 about 210 and bf around 12%, i think. Have been on HRT for about 2 years now with 3 cycles mixed in there.

Thats about it, any more info would bore the hell out of everyone, lol..Oh and my Avi is my daughter who is a second degree black belt in Tao-Kwon-Do.
