In theory I guess taking HCG while on cycle would mean constant regeneration of natural sperm production... but in practice, does this mean that one could go on juice for an extended period of time (say 20 weeks or more) and just stay on HCG the whole time and not lose any potential operation of the testes?

In other words if one is on HCG all the time does that mean you could cycle forever and never risk not having kids?

Different strokes for different folks. The trick is to keep the HCG dose low enough to avoid desentitization while stimulating the boys enough to keep the leydig and sertoli cells active and structurally functional. Crusing on low dose HCG with intermittent breaks from it, then cranking up the dose when you actually decide to have a kid is probably the best bet.
