EST Hemadrol/Propadrol Stack

I plan on starting this stack in about a week. My question is the company suggests no more than 30 days on and a WHOPPING 90 days off. The off cycle seems a bit extreme even for a AAS/Prohormone cycle taking into consideration liver rehab. Any input as to why this is would be greatly appreciated. PM'd the EST site but they D/C'd the Hemadrol a while back and have no info for me. Any thoughts?
