Hey... I've tried a few different kinds (from monohydrate to purple K, etc.), but havn't used one that i feel worked all that well in a while

What's everyone's favourite type/brand of creatine and at what dosage? Kinda lookin' for suggestions/kinda wanna see how many different kinds and doses people really find are beneficial.... ???

(personally, I find the pills, purple k etc., suck donkey balls and seem like a scam to me.... might just be me though... lol)

I use Mono from Ultimate Nutrition with great results.

nice... I've kinda resolved that mono seems to work best, for me, I may have to try that UN, I'm goin today (lol, seriously I'm out....). Do you use the prescribed dosage? (something like 5mg 3 or 4 times a day, from what i remember...) or do you up it?..... of course b4 and after workouts included.

10-15 gr./day does the job for me.:)

Was using BMF hadcore mono 1 tsp x 2 a day but too much bloating for me. I think i'm gonna stop though, the wedding ring doesn fit anymore....lol, wait maybe that's a good thing

Monohydrate works best for me, using ultimate nutrition right now. Even bought a bag from a supplement store in montreal once that was just a no name brand in a big plastic bag and it worked. Looked like a bunch of coke bags stacked one on top of the other.

I use Mono from Ultimate Nutrition with great results.

x2. The micronized mono from ultimate was excellent.

Generic Mono from whey depot worked well.

EAS Phosphagen was garbage and did absolutely nothing for me.

Just make sure to use the German made CreaPure sold by many different supplement companies. The rest are Chinese made and the impurities are nasty.

Micronized MONO works the best, I do 5g before/after workouts.

Ive been using allmax mono. Works great and mixes well. Cheap too.

just switched to Ethyl Ester from micro Mono about 3 weeks ago

I have noticed some better gains and pumps

it tastes pretty awful though...so be warned
