which gym is the best in downtown montreal? (with some hot babes:p )

i work out at my school gym right now but it is way too crowded and no motivation (no hot babes)

Montreal here. Not sure if there are any good gyms anymore downtown. Last time I went, I did notice a new one right near Place Ville Marie. It's on Saint Catherine. Looked rather large from the outside.

Downtown Montreal has body quest gym which used to be the rock gym. The first thing that comes to mind is the fact there is no air conditioning and in summer it`s ****ing hot. So wha does the owner do? He opens the windows so you can breath in all the carbon dioxide polluted air. No thanks. Plus that gym is packed with thugs. Good hours though.

Lacité is located closer to place des arts metro, but a good 10 minute walk to get there. Never trained there, but heard good things. It`s clean lot`s of hot women and is has airconditioning in summer. No natural light however and the price is more expensive than most gyms.

The Y. O.k. gym, gets very crowded and price wise is nothing special.

The énergie cardio`s. I don`t think I need to go there.. Same thing as most nautilus gyms. The advantages are that you can go to the other locations they have accross the province.

In the end pro gym is most likely what you`re looking for. What absolutely disgusts me about that gym is the lack of maintenance hygene wise. I swear it smells like piss in the bathrooms, especially in the one downstairs. If that place were to have an inspection I guarantee you it would be closed down. But for good equipment and flexible hours you can`t beat pro-gym. Warning: Lot`s of fags there as well and which is why I just can`t stand being there anymore.

I have been to La Cite but in all honesty it is a gym for gay people. it is more of a health spa for the Unity crowd.

There is a Nautius Plus on Ste. Cats and McGill College that I hear has some hot babes, but I here Club Sportif MAA has hot babes, but more of the whinny jewish or anlgo variety from West Mount.

^^^ Never knew that about lacité, it makes sense what you said because a name like that just sounds gay. Not sure there is an answer to this question for the downtown area. If you want a more hardcore gym, to to bodyquest, but not much women. A nicer gym would be nautilus, but I`m not so sure about the environmnent. I`m sure though it`s the type of gym where you can`t wear tank tops if that`s important to you. If you can motivate yourself in that kind of environment you may like it.

If you go to McGill they have an o.k. weight room, it`s the gym located higher up to the left of park avenue I think.
