Hey guys just found this site, im a member on a couple other sites.. but thought I would transfer my log so far over to here.

Ill just start it from now and let ya know hows its gone so far.



I am 2 weeks into my cycle and its ran like this.

week 1-4 Dbol 40mg

week 1-10 Test400 200mgX2 a week. ( saturday/tuesday)

Starting weight was 184lbs

current weight 196lbs ( yesterday)

and here is yesterdays workout.

Flat BB bench -

135 X12
225 X9
245 X6 *** PLUS 20lbs****

Smith Incline ( haven't this in forever) -

Im 22 and 5'10 lifting serious for 3 years . +30lbs natty.

all my gear and post cycle will be the SAL line.

Laying ham curls -

did 2 sets but no idea the weight the machine is a zillion years old.. but I went pretty heavy.

Pretty solid lift today not my max on squats even tho I felt like I could have I decided to go with more sets!

No cardio.

Ya my "supplier" and one of my workout buddies is 240 right now but last winter he hit 255.. just huge. Good guy to train with tho he makes you push hard.

Ya i`m 6`2 220-225 right now hopefully get to the 240-250 marks in the next 6 months

Congrats.. an I thought I knew who that was lol..

Me I just do it for fun and NOWHERE near that level at all.. im going to just keep it as a hobbie for a few years an see what happens with it!

Thanks man!.. Felt really good pushing the 245 been stuck on 225 for so long finally blew that plateau! And just stepping on the scale and seeing the weight going up so fast really motivates me.

super lazy day to day feed and rested my muscles up! ready to get at her tomorrow. Proly do a split cardio earlier ( right after my tuesday pin) then go back in the evening to hit some arms!

This was the best workout of my life. I had to force my self to stop lifting... even right now my arms are fully shot barley type right now. Looking in the mirror also my arms looked bigger then ever amazing pumps.

Id say im no longer just running on Dbol but the gear is really kicking in now!

Another thing is my lats feel pumped 24/7 my back just feels so big I love it.

Good work and progress bro, we just moved away from the Nelson area a couple months ago...I started as ahobby as well, now im hooked and going to compete in 14 weeks first time....Good to hear you making PRS...good stuff..

its terrible.. its so nice an suny but cant go out an do anything! I spent 4 yrs on the coast 3 in whistler and 1 in Van there.

Im pretty impressed not only is my chest sore ( muscles haven't been gettign sore on the cycle really) but from benching so hard my traps an rear delts are sore to haha.

weight 196.. not even worried about this with strength going up so much.. getting good comments from people already saying im looking huge.. specially the Ex GF I been hanging out with again. Shes got no clue about the juice but was going off about how much stronger and bigger I am.

Half way mark.. week 5!... man I had no clue it been going on so long already!.. I musta missed quite a few DBol days cus I still got 2 days left of it... crazy... hate taking pills anyway lol.

I'm on day 34 and I'm already sad it's almost half over. I'm glad I picked 12 weeks because I'm nowhere near ready to come off :P

I may grab another vile to be honest and extend it 2-3 weeks.

On the off chance that my vials are overfilled by a mL or two I may even push it to 13 weeks. I'm running it till the bottle's dry :P

Very easy to see why guys run 20 week cycles or blast/cruise, lol. Gonna play it safe though and make sure to take adequate time off. I'm already thinking about the next one.

oh same boat buddy.. im adding Decca next time around.. after summer. Then after that will be a TnT cycle spring 2010!

Good news today I got a new job.. getting trained to be a large appliance technician ... company runs all over the area so most of the day is just driving to other towns to fix stuff.

starts at 14 an hour for training so shouldn't be long till im making decent money again...only working 3 nights aweek at the club has been killing my wallet with my car to pay off... so this is good news.

going to get another vile also run my test longer and might hit 600mg/week.

may taper down at the end not sure.. any recommendations?.. I got more then enough test on hand now...have some left over either way.

Maybe up it to 300 per shot (600/week) instead of doubling it. I'm sure 800/week wouldn't hurt you but I doubt it's needed for a first run.

Now I'm thinking of upping my dbol to 40/day haha. I won't, but I'm thinking about it :D

Ya the SAL Dbol is only in 20mg tabs so I did 40mg aday with no issues at all.. besides bloating but thats expected...

and I may shoot 300 tomorrow rather then 400... see how I feel when I wake up!!.. need a good sleep, worked for 8 hours at day job then 5 at the club tonight.

FEELINGS SO FAR

AMazing... best drug in the world hands down is steroids.

I feel happier then I ever have.. im stronger then ever before and I dunno what it is must be some kinda alpha male scent you put off when cranking cus girls ****ign flock me since I started..plus you have no problem going up to the hottest girls ever and just chatting them up.

In the gym it has been amazing.. My workout partner these days is a 6 year vetren with steroids 250lb ripped ass guy.. working out with him has been awesome he really makes me push harder then I think I can and I got no fear going to failure on bench cus he can spot so well.

Felt good to hear!!!... then inside the fittech guy in the gym when I was talking about the new scale he was like " wow sure looks like your packin on the size"

Well guys last two days have been a body rest kinda of.. which I felt was needed....yesterday I did 30min of cardio.

then tonight I did abs and just 10 min cardio.

tomorrow will be time to CRUSH chest!!.. I think the tanning machine burned me today. It felt like it was cranked way higher then usually now my skins all sore and im beat tired. but not all red.. weird anyway looking forward to smashin some weights again!

weight got to 202lbs.. sitting at 196 right now an loving it..starting to look leaner but still getting bigger.

Had 2 people today comment on me. My old boxing coach came into gym and was talking to my buddy how big I was now lol

and my buddy who I haven't seen in a couple weeks was like " fuuuuck your huge, I wanna start "

PRs - highest bench was 315 ( just partials) 295 for a couple reps but still not to chest.

275 for 4 reps to chest and a few not to the chest,

When I started I could only do 225 partials and now I can drop 225 to my chest for 10.

Deadlifts - 315 X6 ( up from 275)

BB seated MP press - 185 for 5 ( up from 155)

DB bent over rows - 120 X10 ( up from 90 i think)

preacher curl ( EZ bar) - 145 X6 ( up from 95 )

and so on an so on...


Been having no side effects so far.. no breakouts no nip soreness, no bad rage ( altho if someone pisse dme off id square off right away lol )

hey, i am new to gear, just wondring if dbol and t400 for 8 wks would be a good first cycle? i am currently 180 lbs and have hit my plateau, i just wanna bulk up more, any suggestion on any other gear i could use on first cycle?
