My spotter made me look HUGE! At least he go a good back work out the ****ing loser. I told him twice to not touch the bar unless I stick, but as soon as i lifted off, faggoty hands on the bar. My first rep nearly went through the roof. So after I tell him again about it, and he says I didnt take any weight bro!
**** I hate my gym. I only ever get spotters when i go for max, and last night....I could have hit 500 LOL (if his back held up)

LOL I think when ever i spot guys they hate me, because I do not take the weight. I dont touch the bar unless they stray off, and only assist on their last rep or two to force it out

lol Different strokes for different folk I guess. The best thing is to be clear how you like to be spotted (although it didnt help with you lol). I personally couldnt care less how close the guys junk gets to my face, and i tell them i have no personal space. I personally hate when guys stand 3 feet back and only spot when ur stuck for more than 3 seconds, then come and ****ing take all the weight. I like their hands on the bar at all times applying 0 pressure, until i stick for more than a second, then just lightly help.

I like hands off, and don't touch the bar unless I have stopped moving for a couple of seconds. Don't rob me of that magic last, high concentration rep. I'm not going to collapse and drop the bar. But the problem is, most guys you explain it to, don't listen.

I never even touch the bar when I spot anymore, if the guy starts to

struggle I just lay my ball sack in his left eye socket, they either push through

it enraged at the fact that I did such a thing,( but later commend me on the

motivation) or they falter and drop the bar on themselves and a forced to roll

the bar down their body, and then I am assured they will never ask me for a

spot again (the way I like it).

All kidding aside, I find that if you ask some random guy to spot you, you

have a 50% chance he will know how to. Personally I like it when a person

kind of guides the bar with their hand being ready to assist when necessary

but only keeping the bar moving when I need help.
