For those of you that have used GH (for the purpose of muscle building), how much of your gains did you retain? Im assuming most of you would have run it in conjunction with AAS or Slin to maximize growth during this period. I am curious to know how much of the gain is retainable compared to that of AAS with proper PCT? I have read some people that claim nearly 100% of the gains are retainable as the GH generates new muscle cells blah blah blah.... How much of that is true?

I have done about 3 cycles of GH. I got a lot to say on this subject but I will keep it short.

PROs
1.) Yes, I gained more weight with it than I ever have with gear alone
2.) Yes, I was leaner than I had ever been.

CONs (price aside)
1.) Yes, I noticed a distention of my belly that has always been flat
2.) Yes, I kept some of the weight I gained, more than if I did a cycle alone.

I ran Test/ Tren/ and HGH + t3 and gained about 17lbs in 3 months.
I'm a hard gainer. By bodyfat was tested at about 4.3 percent. I have pictures to prove it.

So to answer your question yes you keep some gains but not like they say on the boards... I don't think I will do it again until I'm in my 60's... you can get so much more gear .... plus, a lot of what you see nowadays is fake or underdosed .... BELIEVE ME! If it's not from a real pharmacy forget about it! Just my advice.

In my experience GH is over rated for mass building, unless you have the money to use high doses for long periods of time. I have sued when building mass and got nothing I couldnt have without it.

As for dieting its a must as it gives my body a whole different look. That 3D look you could call it.

Given continued good diet & given continued hard workouts, using GH during a cycle then continuing it long after has without doubt helped me to retain most of my physique. (I'm talking GH from my personal Chinese doctor, not from a "pharmacy".) I could not retain 100% of my gains after being months off-cycle, but the physique still looked much the same.

My experience with GH spans over 5 years. During this time I have run it for mass, dieting, PCT, long cycles, short burst cycles etc
This is the basic consensus:
1. for mass short burst cycles are best combined with heavy androgens and slin minimum 8-10 iu non pharm GH
2. for dieting 3-4 iu per day is adequate and helps immensely (i would never diet without it anymore) works much better on a keto or very low carb diet
3. for PCT 2iu is adequate
You will retain almost all your gains if your PCT is correct and you recover quickly and if your diet and training are decent

The thing to remember here is GH is not a poor mans drug and running 4iu per thinking you are gaining mass is just silly. To illicit significant mass gains (not just from aas) you need to run significant amount of GH...8-10 iu per day is minimum. The shorter burst type cycles are best because they are more financially feasible. As an example a 16 week cycle of test + deca+ dbol/adrol. Run the test e 1-16, the deca 1-14, test prop 1-4, adrol/dbol weeks 7-14 using the gh at 2-4 iu weeks 1-7 and then bump to 8-10iu weeks 7-16 then reduce to 2iu per day for PCT.
