i need some information. i have a room mate who thinks she can move down to california and open a gym. she is a canadian citizen and i would like info from anyone on here as to if this is possible as she wont listen to me.

the person helping her do this is someone who prowled her on facebook. she has never met this girl, but the girl says she is married to a lord and samir baneut is a good friend of hers and they want her to fly down to their ranch and open a gym and run it. I know i know, i told her what i thought on this matter, but she wont listen.

so i am looking for links to see if she can even do this. as i am sure(not positive) the states have a policy that they cant hire out of country for jobs their own citizens can do. has to be a in demand job.

worse thing to is she has already quit her job before even going down there and checking this out. suddenly its her life long dream. lol

you could get a green card if you are opening a business and creating jobs. yes. but i think you need a million bucks in the old bank account

check the US immigration web site. its all there and quite readable. I looked it up a coupl eyears ago as i wanted to leave this asshole country at the time. now... i am much cooler with canada

call the american crime stoppers and tell them that there is a major drug dealer with her name and she's been smuggling drugs to the states for a long time.
They probably won't let her in the states
