I'm new

Hey everyone

My name is Shawn, and I live in London Ontario. I am 31 years old and over weight....again. I am 6 ft and approx 285.
I have a membership at Premier fitness and I don't use that much anymore. I really want to get back into shape and start feeling proud of myself again. I guess what I am looking for from this forum is motivation and perhaps some kind words.
