Hey, new here, just posted my intro... Anyways just thought I'd post how my 1st real cycle went... just finished about 4 weeks ago.
stats: 28
6' 180 (precycle) 190 now
5 years training (3 of good knowledge and diet)
actually went from being 220 lbs of fat a cpl yrs. ago (with some muscle, lotta fat though) to 170 lbs. ripped! Took about 4 months (good diet, cardio, and some eca near the end). Tough time puttin' on muscle ever since.

I used test prop for my 1st cycle, figured if I was gonna start pinning, might as well man-up and do it eod... lol. Good gains, so far maintainable... did 150mg eod... lasted 9 weeks.... strength gains were really nice, especially on legs, arms, and back... shoulders and chest were ok, but they seem to have always been my really weak points... not to mention always been hard for me to put weight on there (even when i was fat, no man-boobies lol)

Overall, very happy with results and choice... can't wait for next cycle and cut for summer!

oh yeah, on day 4 of no smoking (been a smoker for 14 years), so my eating is stll good, apptitie's great! lol

glad to hear it went well and keep up the no smoking.. should help with putting on more muscle i would think

Congrats on the weight loss and the no smoking. I smoked years ago, quitting was one of the best things I ever did.

I'm curious as to your diet while on, were you shy on the calories to try and stay lean? 10lb gain seems alittle low for a first cycle IMO. Regardless glad it went well for you and your keeping your gains.

Thanks for the support on the quitting smoking.... cold turkey sucks... but It'll pay off in the end i know.
As for my diet: yah... i was tryin' to stay too lean.... like most men i put on fat in my midsection too easily... planning next one already, will definately eat more.... shouldn't be afraid to put on fat, I used to be quiet big and lost it quick once i knew what i was doing... lol

My first was 500 sus250 a week for 8 weeks.Gained 15 pounds and held onto 12 of it. I wish I had of did a full 12 weeks though.

That sounds pretty damn good to me too! Wish I woulda done 12 weeks too... but gains were coming slower and only planned on 8 weeks (just had a little extra, so went 9).... Can't wait for next cycle... will post my ideas and questions about it soon, so i can get it sorted out and ready before it's time...
