Hey everyone, new here... Been reading the forum for a while. Have been reading a few forums over the past few years, now think i may have something to add... as well as some questions that I don't see asked, and more specific to me. lol.
I'm 28, 6', 190 lbs., around 18%bf, been training about 5 years (3of which with good knowledge of how to and diet)... and have 1 real cycle of history (prop 150mg eod)... tried some dbol and winstrol before, being scared to take the plunge into needles... dumb, dumb, dumb... oh well, i learned...
Anyways, just wanted to say hi, and thank people for what i've been killing my time reading, and look forward to being an active and helpful member on this board.

Hello there and welcome to the site!

I do not believe that you are 18% BF simply judging by your height---which you say is 6 in height.
at 190 6 in height you cannot be possibly carriyng more than 13|%--if you were 220 or around that mark, for your height, then yes the body fat would be a little higher.
Just an obserbation based on your numbers.

Born2Juice4ever: thanks... you may be right... havn't had it tested in some time... just know I can't see my abs... probably have a worse perception of what I am than reality... Never happy with my bf, other than when I'm cut for summer... figure if i drop about 10lbs. I'd be cut.... was gonna do that, but too much time left b4 summer not to get another bulk in :hu

Good to have you, but dont knock milk! it has been safely adding
10 - 20 pounds of muscle on newborns a year!
