I know i just got the job here, and not to slack on you guys but i am ****IN' OUTTA HERE (home) tomorrow morning to go to Ohio, visit some friends and view my first pro show, the Arnold Classic.

Once i get to Ohio and i will check in and make sure everyone is behaving (Flexy...haha..j/k)....but i will be intermittent from tomorrow till next tues/wed. Do not tear shit up too much while i am gone boys and girls...
