Any hints for getting rid of the shit?

I came off inmay or june and my shoulders look like a chain of Hawaiian volcanoes still!

Im not going to get on antibiotics for this, already get tons of sun through work, and despite what you may have vheard, even bathe regurlarly (One a week is regular).

Any ideas? Or even on how long it should take to get back to normal?

When you know that you are fragile for Acne you should take Roaccutan while cycle. But I would use in your case Eryaknen from Galderma or Zindaclin together with Zinkamin from Jenapharm. This should work!

I wish I could help ya, but I never get any acne...only hairloss and I would trade that for acne in a heartbeat!

Here is what i have done over the years best stuff over the counter,and it works wonders.Get some Aveeno Foam soap,and get a brush to apply it to the back,and shoulders,it will take about a week before you see the skin to clear up,and in a month you should have only the odd one ore two tops.I told this to many bro's at the gym over the years and they seen the change in there skin.

i can become azit machine if im not careful,

i shower 2x a day, ex foliate with a loofah (yes a loofah), then use a salicyclic acid product both time in shower. i put a benzyl peroxide lotion on as well in bad areas. i tan and that helps as well a bit

vit b5 at a gram each time, 2x a day works as well

minocycline works not as harsh as acutane, mild anti biotic. try smart tonys 1st tho

The best product that i have ever used for acne was *********'s acne cream. What a product that was....too bad they're long gone though. If you Have serious acne i would try talking to a doctor about taking accutane. I also get acne when i come off, that's your body's way of trying to repair itself, Your hormones are all over the place after a cycle. Usually for me it takes 1month or 2 for it to really clear up.

ask your doc for benzyl peroxide. if that doesn't work try accutane

I will have to look at the aveeno stuff for maintence and such, but if your acne is bad you will need to use tane as antibiotcs will not do anything. I was on antibiotics for 6 plus months and my face was okay but my back and shoulders just kept getting worse. Now with tane things are clearing up everywhere.

Spectrogel its a cleaning gel and it does miracle for me! if you need a cream for crazy acner its call NEO-MEDROL its a cortisone and sulfate basse very good but stinck big time!

I think preventative maintenance is the key. It won't stop all the outbreaks, but it will reduce it dramatically. This means showering after any activity that makes you sweat, exfoliating, rubbing alcohol, and getting rid of blackheads before they get worse. It helps to have an understanding girlfriend that doesn't get grossed out by that shit to help you out.
