View Full Version : Strength going down...

It's been just over 3 weeks since I switched Test Enth, and my strength has been going down slowly since. I've been taking 50mg of oral Winny as well which seems to be doing jack shit.. both are from GP. The Test Enth is clear.. I've only seen Human Grade be clear.. not UGLs.
Has anyone experienced strength going down 10-11 weeks into a cycle?
Could it just be a symptom of overtraining as opposed to bunk gear? Or lack of sleep (been having trouble sleeping)? Or could it be related to my diet? I've been relying a lot on protein shakes recently because I've had zero appetite most days, and the protein I have expires in May.. maybe it's not replenishing my muscles? I've also been having shoulder problems, could that be affecting my lifts and not the gear? My weight has gone up another 8lbs since I started this new stuff...
I'm not sure what to do at this point... if I'm not still making gains, there's probably not much point in continuing with the cycle, am I right assuming this?
If I do finish what I have, that means it'll have been 6 weeks since I finished the other stuff, which I know was legit, so if this stuff is bunk then that's 6 weeks before starting PCT.
I've also noticed I've started breaking out, and most people say that happens after a cycle/during PCT... so that makes me wonder as well.
Dunno what to do...

10-12 weeks of a long ester test, i've always found thats when the real strength gains hit.
i think 5* enth is clear to, the t400 is anyway im pretty sure..
So is S.A t400 if i remember right.
strength going down, breaking out, all signs of coming off though.
how confident are you in your stuff? ive never heard of GP, but i havent heard of alot of labs, so i cant really comment on that
i noticed this when i switched from prop to enth.....i overlapped them by 4 weeks and i still had decrease in strength immediately upon cessation of the prop.....now its 4 weeks later and strength has come up to being close to where it was before.....not sure if that helps you out any....hah

that didnt even cross my mind.....but it would make sense.....

yeah, that's what i've been worried about..
GP = Geneza Pharmaceuticals.. there's a couple threads on here about them and a lot of positive feedback on outlawmuscle..
if it's not the gear, i wonder what other factors could cause these things.. i'm gonna stop taking the winny and hope my shoulders start to feel better and hopefully help with my lifts again.. if not i think i'll jump into PCT.
btw, 5* test enth has a yellow tint to it.. at least, mine did... anyone else care to comment on this?

maybe its just me but i dont trust a word i hear on outlaw muscle.
so many sponsors are praised there just because of that, their sponsors.
like i said though, im not familiar with Geneza, so im not saying their good nor bad, im just saying, i dont trust outlaw muscle feedback to much
just checked 5*, i guess there is a slight slight yellow tint to it.
are you talkin like water clear? if anyone has an old batch of S.A t400 kickin around whats that look like? if i remember right im pretty sure it was damn close, if not clear.
but then again that was also the fake batch, so that doesnt help much

yeah, i hear ya.. all the praise certainly is suspect. i know when i'm back in T.O. i'm only dealing with 5* from here on out...
thing is, strength gains were pretty minimal throughout my cycle in general, even when i was eating like an animal.. but i did grow, that's for certain. i think next time around i'm gonna up the dose and get somethin else goin with it, now that i know how my body responds.. i wanna experience these strength gains people talk about.. haha
yup, clear as in water clear.. there's no colour to it whatsoever.. there's BA in it, cuz i still get post injection pain... other than that, who knows...

Im no expert but to me it sounds like a combination of things, its possible that you have burnt out your cns, with your weight going up that could be good or bad, but chances are its a good thing.
But I would suggest to take a solid week off from training to get your diet in check, and with the time that you would otherwise be in the gym use this time to do the shit you need to do during the day and hit the sack early, shoot for 9 or 10 hours of sleep for the next 7 days.
If you can, get blood work done immediately after you stop and just before you resume training BUT DONT STOP YOUR CYCLE YET unless you see some shitty results from the first test, and you can be certain that the gear is bunk.
Dont be afraid of taking time off during a cycle neither I have heard from others that you can make serious gains in this period and afterward due to the recovery factor. as you probally know overtraining is very common while on aas.

CNS burnout could definitely be what's going on.. I've been very tired and feeling kinda sick, slightly runny nose for weeks now.
I did take 5 days off a few weeks ago when I started to get bronchitis (well, that's what the doctor said I had), after that point I think things started to go downhill.
This week I just started a different routine, so I'm hoping that will get things back on track. My workouts were going well over an hour before, with the change in routine I'm aiming for 45 minutes max.
There's so many possibilities really.... I've been drinking NO Shotgun before every workout as well, since my energy level without it is for the shits.. perhaps that's burnt me out as well.

Diet is pretty huge in a bb style workout I think.
I'm a powerlifter... and pretty much no matter if I don't eat all day.. I've got enough in the tank to work up to 1 heavy set...
After that.. if I've ate well all day and i'm well hydrated I can keep intensity up... but if I haven't eaten all day.. I'm pretty much screwed and just fall apart... so even on gear... diet is going to be really big.
Sleep is pretty important too... whenever I've working a lot in the summer I'm aiming to just maintain or make smaller gains... during the winter when I'm sleeping 9-10 hrs a night.. I feel like crap, but that's when I make my biggest gains of the year... this is verified by my logs and just talking to other guys that feel the same way.
If you gained 8 more pounds since starting the new stuff... trust me you are on.. your stuff is good. really.
Shoulder problems will absolutely affect your lifts, especially if you're just focusing on upper body.
there are literally so many things it could be that we could list them off all day long... but the biggest thing now... is it sounds like it's in your head... that's the biggest one. If you go in their expecting to have a badworkout.. it's going to happen.
You're stuff is good... if it was bunk.. you'd be down 8 pounds intsead of up 8 pounds... I don't know if you need time off... but I definitely recomend a change in routine... get some new training partners... get an mp3 player... get pissed off... take some stimulants pre training... choke down a mass gainer shake... drink milk and gatorade all day long... watch some motivating videos before you train... look at pictures of hot bicthes before you train... be a dick in the gym.... take a nap during the day.. sleep all weekend... whatever man, just find a way...

^^
rep'd... good post, thanks man
i think you're right.. diet, shoulder problems, lack of proper sleep, stale routine and being paranoid my gear is no good are all contributing to this plateau.
i've got like another week or so to go then it's done.. i'm gonna get my diet back on track, i've already changed up my routine, and other than that just gonna try to get motivated as best as i can.. cuz i'm gonna have to keep workin hard after this just to keep what i gained anyway (minus the fat of course).
wish my EI would finally kick in already so i could get my ass into the gym.. been workin out at home and really i need more equipment.. i think part of the plateau is because of doing the same exercises.. at least with cable gear and the cage i can do different exercises.
ah well, all in all it's been a great learning experience and i did basically reach my goal of 190lbs... still fluctuating, but i hit it nonetheless.
.
You're stuff is good... if it was bunk.. you'd be down 8 pounds intsead of up 8 pounds... I don't know if you need time off... ..
Depends on how long an ester he was doing before he switched. He could still be gaining lbs for a few weeks into the second gear.

now i am feeling a bit suspicious...i dropped 8 lbs when i went off the prop and was only on enth....got acne....lowered sex drive etc.....my weights are pretty close to where they were when i was on prop buuuut.....i dunno....seems odd to me now that i think about it......

Only one way to know for sure: Get blood work.

Redz said the winny was good.. i haven't felt a damn thing with them and have stopped taking them altogether.
i'm gonna finish up the test enth and wait the 2 weeks for PCT and hope for the best.. will get saliva tests once i'm finished PCT.
before i started this cycle i had really great values, so i hope i get back to where i was before (or better :))
right on.....i have a few amps of primoteston sittin around so i pinned that today and will continue for the next few weeks to see if theres a difference......i wont get blood done til after my test suspension blast and pct.....

I agree... I was setting PR's 3 weeks after my cycle... but I always loose whatever bloat I had in the 2 weeks... and never gain more weight without a diet change...
that's just me though.
