Day 1. 237 pounds

I can see where metamucil is going to be a big deal.

Between the meat and the protein powder things could get blocked up really fast.

My stomach is going to need to shrink. I can't say I was hungry today but I definitely wasn't full and my energy levels were low. Not blood sugar crashing low but more like a groggy low.

I'm also definitely dumping water. I'm peeing on the hour.

I use a hemp powder in my shakes. 14 grams of fiber per serving.

Try Palumbo's Fiberlyze supplement. Tastes good and is the real deal fiber. None of that dissolves clear in water crap. If you leave it sitting in the cup for a while it will form into one solid clump.

I think I'll just go with metamucil. I can see getting really tired of eggs. Five boiled eggs followed by a shot glass of egg whites is going to get very very very dull.

Just make scrambled eggs. The fiber stuff is super tasty or I wouldn't waste my money.
