In a speech at Camp LeJeune in North Carolina, President Obama laid out his plan for responsibly ending the war in Iraq, which will end the combat mission by August 2010.

Yeah he plans on pulling them out yet he is still sending them over in waves... My brother-inlaw has fought on the front lines of Iraq for 2 years now. He returned home last year and just got his deployment orders last week. He is leaving April 15th 2009 to head to Bagdad again. This time he will be the personal body guard for a General. That makes him a prime target...

For a President that wants to stop the war he sure is sending a lot of human killing machines over...

I didn't watch the vid but the US isn't leaving Iraq anytime soon. They will leave 50,000 interm "support" troops. Magically turning combat troops into support troops via 1984 Orwellian doublespeak is BS. The US are building several large airports with 4.5km runways for heavy bombers. Iraq is an essential part of the US air bridge that allows the US to project air power around the world.
